A Warrant Has Been Issued For Lindsay Lohan?s Arrest . . . Again
Last week we learned that Lindsay Lohan failed 2 court-ordered drug tests and late Friday night, Lindsay herself admitted her drug test failure. Earlier today we saw photos of L.
