Hand-in-hand with husband Ryan Adams, Mandy Moore headed to Barnes and Noble in West Hollywood on Saturday (August 4). The 28-year-old singer-actress wore a leopard-print top with blue jeans and sneakers with a large brown bag, while her rocker hubby sported a black t-shirt, denim jacket, and jeans.
