Giggling it up with her girls, Vanessa Hudgens was in quite the chipper mood as she strolled the sidewalks of her Los Angeles neighborhood on Thursday afternoon (April 26). The 23-year-old actress sported a pretty pink hoodie overtop a black Wildfox No 9 tee while sharing a few laughs with two friends during a midday lunch outing.
