Miley Cyrus: Marvelous at the 2011 MTV VMAs
She knows how to work a red carpet, and tonight (August 28), Miley Cyrus made sure not to disappoint as she arrived at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards. Making her way into Nokia Theater LA Live, the former Disney darling dazzled for the impending shutterbugs as she showed off her fun and flirty style in a floor-length, grey-toned frock.
