Enjoying some much-deserved down time, Kate Hudson and Matthew Bellamy were spotted out and about in Mexico yesterday (March 6). Joined by Kate?s son Ryder Robinson, the happy pair looked to be having a marvelous time as they continued their Mexican beach holiday.
