Apex court issues notice to centre on Radia-2G scam
The Supreme Court Monday issued notice to the central government on a petition related to lobbyist Nira Radia and the 2G spectrum allocation scam. The apex court bench of Justices G.S. Singhvi and S.S. Nijjar also issued notice to the union home secretary on the petition filed by the Centre for Public Interest Litigation (CPIL). [...]Anne Marie Kortright
