In an update on the Heidi Montag/Spencer Pratt sex tape drama, further details regarding the material in Pratt's possession has been revealed.
According to TMZ, Spencer stumbled upon a tape showing Heidi romping around the sack with Playboy twin Karissa Shannon - which is what led him to approach Vivid Entertainment for a big payday and plenty of headlines.
Confirming that such a tape does exist, Karissa told TMZ that she did indeed film herself getting freaking with the former "Hills" hottie
